When sending an image to be rendered with the A360 Cloud Rendering service from 3ds Max, a browser error is received as the A360 Gallery attempts to automatically open online when the render uploads. The following browser error appears in a new tab on a blank webpage: 


However, if logging into the A360 Gallery separately, the webpage can be viewed normally.


Internet browser cache error.


To resolve this issue, clear the browser cache for the default browser the cloud render opens with ( e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
